SynthetixIT exists because fleet managers spend their week acting as human middleware between supplier portals. We think that work belongs to software — and that the time it frees up belongs to strategy, negotiation, and the transition to electric.
Why we built it
The problem was never a missing feature.
Corporate fleets already have software — a portal from every leasing company, every fuel card provider, every insurer. The problem is that each one covers a slice, and nothing covers the vehicle. The complete picture of what one car costs lives nowhere, so someone rebuilds it in a spreadsheet every month.
We started SynthetixIT after years on both sides of that gap: selling fleet leasing and running fleet operations. The first thing we built was not a dashboard but a reconciliation engine — the unglamorous machinery that turns six supplier formats into one trustworthy record per vehicle. Everything else SynthetixIT does stands on that.
