How your price is calculated

Three inputs decide your quote.

Fleet size

Billing counts active vehicles only. Volume discounts start at 250 vehicles and increase in steps up to 5,000+.

Modules

Each module is priced separately. Most fleets start with Ops and add two to three modules in the first year.

Contract term

12-, 24-, and 36-month terms. Longer terms lower the per-vehicle rate; all terms include support and updates.

Before you ask for a quote

Do we have to change leasing companies or fuel card providers?
No. SynthetixIT sits on top of your existing suppliers. It reads their data — it doesn't replace the contracts behind it.
What counts as a vehicle for billing?
Any active vehicle with a record in SynthetixIT: cars, vans, and trucks under lease or ownership. Archived vehicles are free.
Is there a minimum fleet size?
SynthetixIT is built for fleets from roughly 100 vehicles up. Below that, the consolidation problem is usually manageable in one spreadsheet — above it, it isn't.
Where is the data hosted?
In the EU. Data processing agreements and sub-processor lists are part of every contract.
