Data processing
How customer fleet data is handled in the SynthetixIT platform. The full DPA and sub-processor list are part of every contract.
EU hosting
The platform and all customer fleet data run on infrastructure located in the European Union. No production data leaves the EU.
Data processing agreement
Every customer contract includes a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) covering the processing of driver and vehicle data on the customer's behalf.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors, their role, and their location is an annex to the DPA. Customers are notified of changes in advance.
Access and traceability
Access to customer data is role-based and logged. Every consolidated figure in the platform links back to its source transaction and document.
Deletion
On contract end, customer data is exported on request and then deleted from production systems within an agreed period.
