1. Who we are
SynthetixIT operates this website and the SynthetixIT fleet management platform. For data processed on this website, we are the controller within the meaning of the GDPR.
2. What we collect on this website
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) in server logs to deliver the site and detect abuse. When you submit the demo request form, we process the details you enter — name, work email, company, fleet size, and your message — to respond to your request.
3. Legal basis
We process form submissions on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Demo request data is kept for the duration of our exchange and deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows. Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
5. Recipients
Data is hosted on infrastructure in the EU. A current list of sub-processors is available on request and is part of every customer contract. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact hello@synthetixit.com.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website currently sets no marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.
